When I was 30, I decided to go raw. I suffered from constant aches, pains and headaches. I was lonely, isolated and depressed. I was ready to “do away with myself” unless I could find a cure for the way I felt. I honestly believe that if I hadn’t gone raw, I wouldn’t even be here today.
