There are two types of kefir grains, there the milk kefir grains and the water kefir grains. For this project you will require the milk though both are equally good for you and water kefirs are a lot easier as you just and water and cane sugar and allow time for the grains to absorb the sugar over the course of a few days. How and when to use the remedy?
In the morning, after waking up, drink 1-2 glasses of hot water or water, honey and lemon . Then take the remedy for colon cleansing, replacing your usual breakfast.
Do this every single day for 3 weeks and be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water a day in this time period.
For best results, do this bowel cleansing than 3 weeks once or twice a year to ensure regular bowel movements.
